Rocky Road Fudge | Cinderella

Rocky Road Fudge

400g milk chocolate
395g can condensed milk
½ cup whole almonds, toasted
½ cup cashew nuts, toasted
1 cup chopped pink and white marshmallows
1 cup Cinderella Cranberries


  1. Gently melt the chocolate with condensed milk in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave on 30 sec bursts, until chocolate is melted.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine almonds, cashews, marshmallows and Cinderella Cranberries  Spread into a 23cm square baking paper lined cake pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
