Mango Bliss Balls

10 bliss balls

Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
125g Cinderella Dried Mango, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup Cinderella Almond Meal
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combine. Roll into golf ball sized balls and coat in the coconut. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
