Goji, Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp Acai powder (optional)
¼ – ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk
To Serve:
Cinderella Goji Berries
Toasted coconut chips
Pumpkin & chia seeds
Fresh Blueberries
Granola
Method
- Place frozen berries and banana into a blender and blend until fruit is broken into small pieces. Add acai powder (optional) and almond milk and blend again, adding a little extra almond milk if necessary to blend to a soft serve consistency. Spoon into a bowl.
- Top with Cinderella Goji Berries, toasted coconut chips, fresh blueberries, seeds & granola for a fresh crunchy topping.
- Enjoy straight away!
