Easy Date Caramel Sauce
½ cup Cinderella Date Paste
2 Tbsp maple syrup
¾ cup coconut cream or cream
- Gently heat Cinderella Date Paste, maple syrup and coconut cream until blended. Do not allow sauce to boil. Remove from the heat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Serve over warm ginger pudding
- Serve over vanilla or hokey pokey icecream
- Serve over poached pears and icecream
- Cool and stir into natural Greek yoghurt.
- Serve with fresh fruits like mango, pineapple and paw paw
