Decadent Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

This recipe uses 1 x Cinderella Triple Choc Fudge Brownie 500g
For the Brownie you’ll need:
125g melted butter or margarine
A punnet of fresh raspberries (optional)
20 cm square slice pan
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line the base of square slice pan with baking paper.
- Place brownie mix into a mix bowl, add eggs, melted butter or margarine and raspberries (if wished). Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Transfer mixture into prepared slice pan, spreading mixture evenly to edge of pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until brownie is set. Allow to cool in pan before slicing and serving with a dollop of yoghurt and fresh berries if wished.
TIP: Bake for 32 minutes for a dense and gooey brownie, or bake for 37 minutes for a classic, fudge brownie.
Add a little magic!
For a Choc Peppermint brownie, stir 1 teaspoon peppermint essence into brownie mix. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
For a more decadent brownie add your favourite nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) or white chocolate chips into brownie mix and dust with icing sugar before serving.
