Breakfast Chia Pudding

Prep Time
5 mins (+2 hours refrigeration time)


½ cup milk (any milk works)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Cinderella Date Syrup (optional, or use sweetener of your choice)
Cinderella Dried Mango, Rockmelon, or Strawberries to top
4 clear mason jars


  1. Into each mason jar add ½ cup milk and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and then stir well to incorporate chia into the milk. Allow to settle for 3 minutes and then mix again to avoid clumps and ensure the chia is well dispersed throughout the milk.
  2. Add Cinderella Date Syrup (or omit if preferred and/or using fruit) and stir. Cover each mason jar and refrigerate for 2 hours before eating. Top with Cinderella Dried Mango, Rockmelon, or Strawberries before serving.


The Chia Pudding will keep for up to 7 days.
