Blueberry Gourmet Porridge

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup water
½ cup milk or unsweetened almond or coconut milk
¼ cup grated apple
1 Tbsp Cinderella Blueberries
To Serve:
Camel Date Syrup or Honey
Whole almonds
Freeze dried or fresh raspberries
Toasted coconut chips

Method
- Place oats water and milk into a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly and adding a little extra milk if the porridge becomes too thick. Remove from the heat and stir through grated apple and Cinderella Blueberries
- To serve – Pour over Cinderella Date Syrup or honey and top with whole almonds, freeze dried or fresh raspberries, and toasted coconut chips
