4-Ingredient Chia Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients
4 cups frozen mixed berries
4–6 Cinderella Dates, pitted
2 tbsp Cinderella Chia Seeds
2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 80°C.
- Soak Cinderella Dates in water for 10-15 minutes to soften. Drain.
- In a blender or food processor, combine fruit and pre-soaked dates.
- Blend until smooth and the dates are fully incorporated.
- Add Cinderella Chia Seeds and vanilla extract, then pulse or stir to mix.
- Line a baking sheet with a nonstick silicone mat.
- Pour the mixture onto the mat and spread evenly using a spatula, about 0.5cm thick. When spreading the fruit purée we want it thin enough to dry properly, but thick enough to peel and roll once done!
- Bake for 6 to 8 hours, until dry and leathery to the touch.
- Once fully cool, cover with a sheet of baking paper, flip onto a cutting board, and peel off the silicone mat.
- Cut into strips and roll each one with its baking paper backing.
- Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 1 week or refrigerate for 2 weeks.
